I've been running sites on and off about 5 years
now. My first site was this horrible wrestling news site which I now look back
at in embarrassment but at teh time thought was really cool! My first real site
was a fan site dedicated to the wrestler Rob Van Dam (rob-van-dam.com) which I
ran for two and a bit years. During that time I also opened my own personal site
(myperception.net) and started doing my own designs. This was before I was
really lazy and got people to make them for me. I was then bitten by the bug and
in a short period of time opened a Sarah Michelle Gellar site (highontalent.net)
icon site (colourmestupid.com) and a Jack Johnson site (jackjohnsonfan.com),
finally I re-opened my RVD site after a years hiatus (wholefnshow.com). I had a
great time running all these sites but it soon became a real strain to keep them
updated and 'real life' started getting in the way to the point where it wasn't
possible to run them anymore. |
